House For Sale Opportunity

I have  informed world-wide friends and people in vows with the Community of Aidan and Hilda that on February 27 I move to a holistic, neo monastic care community, The College of St. Barnabas, Blackberry Lane, Lingfield, Surrey RH7 6NJ, UK.  My email remains the same and my  i-phone remains: 07821 492368. 

On Sunday February 23 I preside and preach at my local church, Holy Trinity Berwick-Upon Tweed (the most northerly  Church of England  in England), followed by a farewell brunch and presentation.

My three-bedroomed  home, 7 Wallace Green, Berwick, just across from the church, with beautiful historic ramparts walks and sea views,  and just a few mmiles from The Holy Island of Lindisfarne, is up for sale for £325,000. 

St. Barnabas require me to invest much of this as a guarantee that I can continue to pay their rent.  However, a member of the Community has suggested  that I iuvest some of this sum as a start-up donation to create  a Memoriall Trust Fund  within CAH    to sponsor younger New Monastic placements.  The guardians have asked me to set out a training programme for thesee placements whichj Scott Brennan or others will oversee.

But first I must sell the house!  Plenty of people want it, but they are all in a chain waiting to sell their house before they can buy mine.  So I call upon all home-owners  in greater London, New York, Johannesburg, Oslo, Melbourne, Dublin  (etc etc) to buy this house with cash (write to me for details)  tomorrow!  Or send UK CAH treasurer Geoff Holt donations for 'The Ray Simpson Memorial Fund' later. 

Moving house is the next most stressful life event after divorce.  Yet miracles increase!  Watch this space.
